At Home Fitness Gym, we want you to enjoy your training equipment from day one. If something doesn’t meet expectations, our returns policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.
1. Return timeframe
- You may return items within 180 calendar days of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns, goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resale condition.
2. Items excluded from return
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Gift cards;
- Made-to-order or personalised items;
- Clearance or “final sale” goods clearly marked as non-returnable.
3. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights
If you live in the EU, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Directive to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Standard delivery costs (if charged) will be refunded. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returned goods must be in original condition.
4. Faulty or damaged products
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods arrive damaged or incorrect, providing photographs where possible.
- Within 30 days: you may reject the item for a full refund.
- After 30 days: we will first attempt repair or replacement before offering a refund.
5. How to arrange a return
Contact our team for a Return Authorisation before sending anything back. We will provide the correct returns address and instructions. For large/heavy items, we can arrange collection (charges may apply for non-faulty returns).
6. Refund process
Once returned goods are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
7. Exchanges
We can swap faulty items for the same model or a mutually agreed alternative. For different products or sizes, please place a new order.
