1. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent. You must not use our services for illegal purposes, infringe any intellectual property rights, or disrupt our website’s function.

2. Product descriptions & pricing

While we aim for complete accuracy, errors in descriptions, pricing, or stock levels can occur. If an error affects your order, we may cancel and refund before dispatch. Product imagery is illustrative only; actual colours and finishes may differ.

3. Orders & payment

An order is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or limit orders to prevent fraud or misuse. Payment is taken before goods are dispatched.

5. Returns & cancellations
