We aim to ensure your fitness equipment reaches you quickly and safely. This policy explains our delivery process, costs, and timeframes.
1. Delivery coverage
We ship across the UK mainland, most European countries, and selected international destinations. Costs and availability appear at checkout.
2. Processing times

Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed within 1–2 working days after payment clears.

Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery times after dispatch

Standard UK: 3–5 working days

Express UK: 1–2 working days

Europe: 5–10 working days

International: Varies by destination/customs clearance
Large or heavy equipment may be sent via pallet or specialist couriers. Kerbside delivery applies unless otherwise arranged.
4. Shipping costs & offers
Charges are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Free UK delivery may be offered for orders over a set value when advertised.
5. Tracking & updates
Tracking details are sent once your order has shipped. Some multi-box shipments may arrive separately.
6. Delivery problems
If goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 48 hours with photographs. For missed deliveries, follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection.
7. Address changes
We can update delivery addresses prior to dispatch only. After dispatch, address changes must be handled directly with the courier.
