1. Return timeframe

  • You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • For change-of-mind returns, goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resale condition.

2. Items excluded from return

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards;
  • Made-to-order or personalised items;
  • Clearance or “final sale” goods clearly marked as non-returnable.

3. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights

If you live in the EU, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Directive to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Standard delivery costs (if charged) will be refunded. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returned goods must be in original condition.

4. Faulty or damaged products

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods arrive damaged or incorrect, providing photographs where possible.
